ASHTIN BERRY
HOSPITALITY ACTIVIST, SOMMELIER, SPEAKER
Imbibe's 2019 Bartender of the Year. Ashtin Berry is a writer, speaker, mixologist, sommelier and activist changing the way we regard beverage and hospitality. Berry wants people to realize that hospitality goes much deeper than servers, mixologists and the staff one sees in the front of the house.
In conjunction with Ashtin Berry and Radical Xchange, we have donated thousands of dollars towards mental health and wellness relief for Black hospitality workers nationwide.

THE DEEP GROCERY CO-OP
BRINGING HEALTHY FOOD & WELLNESS TO EAST OAKLAND
East Oakland, Deep East Oakland specifically, has historically been a food desert, absent of healthy food options for its residents, many of whom are low income minorities. The DEEP Grocery Co-op is solving this by creating a community-owned food store and wellness center, providing local, organic food options and sustainable jobs to residents of the community. We regularly donate a portion of sales to funding this amazing project.

THE OCEAN FOUNDATION
OFFSETTING OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT THROUGH SEAGRASS
Our world's seagrass is priceless: from providing critical barriers against coastal erosion, habitat protection for sensitive creatures, and sequestering the world's carbon, seagrass is one of the most vital links in the biosphere. Through The Ocean Foundation's SeaGrass Grow initiative, we help offset our carbon footprint by restoring coastal habitats and replanting seagrass worldwide.
