Imbibe's 2019 Bartender of the Year. Ashtin Berry is a writer, speaker, mixologist, sommelier and activist changing the way we think about wine and hospitality. Berry wants people to realize that hospitality goes much deeper than servers, mixologists and the staff one sees in the front of the house. In addition to curated offers and contributions to our blog, look for her curated take-home bar kits, as part of the Mixology Series, coming soon.

William Tsui spent the majority of his career in fine dining, most recently at two-Michelin-star Lazy Bear, where as Bar Manager he led a highly refined bar program. He also spent time as the lead bartender at Rich Table, Jasper’s Corner Tap and Kitchen, and Hotel Nikko San Francisco. He will be creating custom, seasonal take-home bar kits in partnership with Prologue Wine Co. for our Mixology Series, coming this summer.

Founded by Master Sommelier David Glancy in 2010, the San Francisco Wine School is the largest wine school in the country. David Glancy is one of only twelve people in the world to hold both the revered Master Sommelier diploma and a Certified Wine Educator credential. Along with co-founder and C.O.O. Kristin Campbell, the SF Wine School offers a diverse array of classes and workshops for consumers and professionals alike. Zach Pace, founder of Prologue Wine Co., has been an instructor at the SF Wine School since its inception in 2010 and together we offer special events and classes.
